This Palmetto State Armory PA-15 pairs a 16-inch, threaded 5.56 NATO barrel with a free-float M-LOK handguard and a flat-top upper for a clean, modern AR-15 setup. It includes an installed ACOG 4x32 clone for immediate 4x magnification, plus two 30-round Magpul PMAGs. The rifle features a safety selector, an A2-pattern birdcage flash hider, and a collapsible stock, all in a matte black finish and made in the USA.
Condition
Overall Condition: Very good condition, showing only light, superficial signs of prior handling or use.
Bore Overall Condition: Excellent - Clean, mirror finish, no signs of wear.
Bore Rifling: Excellent Rifling - Sharp lands and grooves.
Specific Condition Notes: Minor and superficial scratches and blemishes are present from prior handling. The included optic is an ACOG-pattern clone.

The PA-15 is built on the AR-15 platform with a direct-impingement gas system and semi-automatic operation. The flat-top upper features a Picatinny rail for optics and includes a shell deflector and ejection-port cover. The right side of the receiver is marked "Palmetto State Armory West Columbia, SC," and the lower is marked "PA-15 MULTI."
Its 16-inch barrel is threaded and fitted with an A2-pattern birdcage flash hider. An aluminum free-float M-LOK handguard with partial top rails and a visible M-LOK logo provides modern accessory mounting while keeping the barrel free-floated. No iron sights are installed.
Furniture includes a collapsible, 6-position polymer stock with an approximate length of pull of 10-13 inches, and an A2-style polymer pistol grip. Controls include a safety selector with SAFE/FIRE selector markings for clear operation.
An ACOG 4x32 clone is installed, offering fixed 4x magnification. The optic features a fiber-optic light-gathering rod and mounts via a two cross-bolt base to the rifle’s top Picatinny rail.
The rifle is designed for STANAG pattern magazines and has a typical capacity of 30+1. Two 30-round Magpul PMAG polymer AR/M4-pattern magazines are included.
