The Witness Steel Full-Size 10mm is a DA/SA, hammer-fired, short-recoil pistol built on Tanfoglio’s steel large frame. This configuration uses a 4.5-inch barrel and a 14+1 capacity, aligning with the large-frame 10mm pattern and offering full-size handling characteristics.
The matte silver/gray Wonder finish covers the steel frame and matching slide, with contrasting black controls for clear visual indexing. The slide runs inside the frame rails, characteristic of the Witness lineage, and features both front and rear slide serrations for confident manipulation. An extended beavertail and a ring/commander-style spur hammer round out the control interface.
Its fixed iron sights are straightforward and durable, with a front blade that includes a red insert and a fixed notch rear. A railed dustcover with two slots is integrated into the frame. The pistol uses a left-side magazine release and a manual thumb safety.
Factory and import markings are present, including EAA COCOA, FLA and FT-IT 2011. Model and caliber markings include WITNESS and CAL 10 mm on the barrel hood.
