This Winchester Xpert SR is a modern .22 LR bolt-action built around practical features and reliable performance. It uses a 16.5 inch chrome-moly, button-rifled barrel with 1/2x28 threads and a knurled thread protector, accepts Ruger 10/22-pattern magazines, and includes Winchester's M.O.A. trigger. The rifle comes with adjustable iron sights and two-piece scope bases already installed. It is manufactured by Istanbul Silah in Turkey and imported by BACO, Inc., Morgan, Utah.

The SR configuration centers on a compact, 16.5 inch chrome-moly steel barrel that is button-rifled for consistency. It is threaded 1/2x28 TPI and fitted with a knurled thread protector, offering straightforward compatibility with common .22-caliber muzzle devices when desired.
The action uses an oversized bolt knob for sure manipulation and pairs with a two-position safety. Winchester's M.O.A. trigger provides a crisp break conducive to precise rimfire shooting.
Sighting equipment is ready out of the box: a ramped front sight works with a barrel-mounted adjustable rear sight. The receiver is drilled and tapped, and two-piece scope bases are already installed to support glass if the buyer chooses to add it later.
The gray polymer stock keeps weight down and adds modern utility, including a skeletonized butt and an underside Picatinny accessory rail for lights, bipods, or other compatible attachments. Length of pull is 13.5 inches.
