The Warrior SOC configuration delivers a proven 1911 platform with a 5 inch match-grade barrel, standard barrel bushing, and GI-style recoil spring plug using Browning short-recoil operation. The slide and frame are both steel, and the dust cover includes an integral accessory rail.
Controls and handling features include an ambidextrous thumb safety, a beavertail grip safety with memory bump, a solid trigger, and a skeletonized commander-style hammer. The mainspring housing is checkered for added purchase, and textured layered composite grip panels provide a secure hold.
The slide is finished in tan and the frame in dark green, both in Kimber’s KimPro II finish. Functional enhancements include front and rear cocking serrations and a lowered and flared ejection port. Sights are low-profile 3-dot, with a dovetailed front sight (single dot) and a dovetailed rear sight (two dots).
Markings are correct for the model: the slide is marked "WARRIOR SOC," and the frame is marked "KIMBER YONKERS NY USA." Capacity is 8+1 with the included 8-round magazine. This pistol was made in the USA and includes the factory case with a matching serial label and the owner’s manual.
