The Gen3 frame provides finger grooves and a single-slot accessory rail, with a compact profile that balances shootability and carry size. Controls include a left-side magazine release and a left-side slide stop lever. The frame is black polymer with integral rails.
The 4.02" steel barrel uses a short-recoil, locked-breech, tilting-barrel operating system. The pistol is striker-fired and uses Glock's Safe Action system with three passive safeties: trigger safety, firing pin safety, and drop safety. The slide has rear serrations and a black finish.
Sights are fixed polymer, with a white dot front and a polymer notch rear. The configuration is straightforward and durable for general-purpose use.
This example is Austrian-made and marked, with CIP proof marks on the barrel and an "AT" barrel marking. The slide, barrel, and frame insert share matching serial numbers. The pistol also bears the GLOCK, INC., Smyrna, GA import mark.
