Made in West Germany, this P226 features German proof and inspection marks and the SIGARMS Inc., Exeter, New Hampshire import mark. The slide and frame carry matching serial numbers, and the pistol uses the classic non-railed dust cover found on early P226 variants.
The full-size aluminum-alloy frame has a hard-coat anodized finish, with an exposed spur hammer and a left-side magazine release. Its DA/SA, locked-breech action is paired with a decocking lever for safe transition from single-action back to double-action.
Sighting is straightforward and durable: fixed 3-dot sights with a front blade single dot and a rear square-notch with two dots. Textured black polymer grip panels provide a confident hold, with the left grip molded "P226" and the right grip molded "SIG SAUER."
The 4.4 in barrel and 15+1 capacity make this P226 a capable full-size 9mm. It includes three 15-round steel double-stack magazines and ships in a SIGARMS molded hard case.
