It comes with three 10-round steel magazines and the factory case and manual.

Configured as Model 08618, this full-size .45 Auto is the manual-safety variant with ambidextrous manual thumb safeties. The case label corresponds to this configuration and matches the pistol. The .45 Auto versions were not subject to Ruger’s 9 mm American Pistol safety bulletin.
The slide is stainless steel with a durable black nitride finish, paired with a stainless-steel receiver/fire-control chassis housed in a black glass-filled nylon frame. A MIL-STD-1913 multi-slot accessory rail is integrated into the dust cover for mounting compatible accessories.
The 4.5 in barrel uses a recessed crown, and the pistol is equipped with 3-dot dovetailed sights: a white-dot front and a two-dot rear that is drift-adjustable for windage. The wrap-around interchangeable backstrap system allows the grip to be tailored to the shooter; a spare backstrap insert is included.
This striker-fired design uses a pre-tensioned striker and a recoil-mitigating barrel cam. Safety features include the ambidextrous manual thumb safety, a trigger safety blade, and an internal striker block. There is no magazine disconnect, and the pistol is marked "GUN WILL FIRE WITH MAGAZINE REMOVED." Capacity is 10+1 rounds of .45 ACP, and three steel magazines are included.
