The CSX E-Series pairs a lightweight aluminum-alloy frame with a stainless steel slide and 3.1-inch stainless barrel, all treated with Smith & Wesson's Armornite nitride finish for uniform color and surface protection. The micro-size profile keeps the package compact without sacrificing key controls or capacity.
A factory optics cut sits on the slide under a fitted cover plate and accepts red dots that share the RMS-C/507K footprint. Low-profile dovetailed front and rear iron sights are installed, and the slide includes front and rear serrations for positive manipulation.
This model is single-action-only and hammer-fired, with an external spurred hammer and a flat-face trigger. It incorporates ambidextrous manual thumb safeties, a trigger safety tab, and ambidextrous slide-stop levers for bilateral operation.
Ergonomics are enhanced by a wrap-around textured grip with interchangeable grip modules/backstraps, allowing the user to fine-tune hand fit. The barrel hood features a ClearSight cut, and the pistol comes with three double-stack magazines—two 15-round and one 12-round—supporting a 15+1 capacity format.
