The Model 65-5 LadySmith pairs the stainless K-frame platform with a six-shot .357 Magnum cylinder and a double-action/single-action system. It carries an exposed hammer and a smooth-faced trigger, with factory LadySmith rollmarks that distinguish this variant.
Its 3-inch heavy barrel includes an ejector-rod shroud and provides a full-length ejector stroke. The fixed-sight system consists of a serrated ramp front and an integral square-notch rear for a durable, service-style setup.
Built with a stainless steel frame, cylinder, and barrel, the revolver wears a satin/matte stainless finish. Smooth hardwood boot-style grips with S&W medallions complete the round-butt K-frame configuration.
This 65-5 engineering change example is a United States–made revolver from the 1990s, manufactured in 1993. It retains the pre-internal-lock configuration with a hammer-mounted firing pin and fixed sights, aligning with the classic stainless service-revolver format.
