The Battle Light 1.0 Micro is built on billet 7075-T6 aluminum receivers with a Cerakote finish and full-length T-marked Picatinny top rail. Ambidextrous controls include the magazine release and safety selector, paired with a Radian Raptor-LT ambidextrous charging handle for consistent manipulation from either side.
The 8-inch barrel is 4150 CrMoV steel with 5R rifling and a 1:7 twist, fed by a pistol-length gas system. A blast-deflecting muzzle device is fitted to the threaded barrel for controlled blast direction.
The approx. 10.25-inch free-float M-LOK handguard is 6061-T6 aluminum and integrates QD sling sockets. Ergonomics are enhanced by the installed polymer M-LOK angled foregrip/hand stop and an SB Tactical adjustable stabilizing brace with a QD socket.
Operational details include a nickel-boron coated bolt carrier for lubricity and ease of cleaning, a flat-faced trigger, and flip-up iron sights. Factory spec overall length is about 26.5 inches with a listed weight of approximately 5.6 lb.
