The CZ 75 P-01 pairs a forged aluminum-alloy compact frame with a black hard-anodized finish and a carbon-steel slide wearing CZ’s Black Polycoat. It features an integral dust-cover accessory rail with a single slot, rear cocking serrations, an inverted slide-in-frame design (rails on the frame), a ring hammer, vertical serrations on the front strap with a smooth, rounded trigger-guard front face (light grooves on the underside), and a lanyard loop at the heel.
The 3.75 in hammer-forged, nitrided steel barrel and fixed 3-dot iron sights support practical accuracy. The pistol runs a hammer-fired DA/SA, short-recoil locked-breech system with a decocker. Capacity is 14+1 with the included double-stack magazines, which carry 14-round witness marks.
Proof and origin markings include Czech CIP N proofs with a 2016 proof year stamp and a CZ-USA Kansas City, KS import mark. The slide, barrel, and frame have matching serials. The NATO Stock Number roll mark (NSN 1005-16-000-8619) is present on the pistol.
Documentation includes the factory Hit Pattern Data Chart/test target dated 26.10.2016 that matches the pistol's serial, providing useful factory confirmation of performance at the time of production. Aftermarket blue textured G10-style grip panels are installed.
