The TS (Thumb Safety) variant adds a bilateral manual safety to the M&P 5.7 platform, paired with a reversible magazine release and ambidextrous slide stop for versatile control setup. The flat-faced trigger with safety blade provides a consistent press within the internal hammer-fired system.
The stainless steel slide and barrel wear a black Armornite finish. The slide is optics-ready with an optics cut and includes forward and rear serrations plus lightening cuts. Steel white 3-dot sights are drift adjustable, with a 7.125 in sight radius for a clear sight picture.
The 5 in stainless steel barrel is threaded 1/2x28 and uses the TEMPO two-piece, gas-operated, locked-breech design. It has a 1:9 twist to stabilize common 5.7x28mm loads. Threaded is included and ready for compatible muzzle devices.
The black polymer frame carries M&P texturing with the S&W medallion and a Picatinny accessory rail for lights or other rail-mounted accessories. At 1.1 in wide, 8.5 in long, 5.25 in high, and 26.7 oz unloaded, it delivers full-size handling with a 22+1 capacity in a modern 5.7 platform made in the United States.
