This set includes three cylinders: an installed fluted .22 LR cylinder with patriotic stars-and-stripes engraving, a separate spare .22 LR cylinder, and a .22 WMR cylinder (roll-marked '22WMR') featuring an Indian-Head/coin-style engraving. The wood grips are laser-engraved with a U.S. flag and "1776" for a cohesive patriotic theme.
The revolver uses a 4.75-inch 1215 steel barrel and a steel cylinder, paired with a matte black Zamak 5 alloy frame and receiver. The overall finish is black/blue, with the frame wearing a matte black color/finish.
Operation is single-action only with an exposed hammer, a manual hammer-block safety, and a half-cock notch. It has fixed sights with a blade front and an integral rear notch. Loading is via a right-side loading gate, and unloading is handled by a right-side spring-loaded ejector rod. The base pin uses a spring latch.
Made in the United States, the frame is marked "HERITAGE MFG. BAINBRIDGE, GA." The package is completed by a Heritage-branded wooden presentation case featuring a 'We The People' lid graphic and Heritage logos, along with the factory instruction manual.
