The DWX architecture combines a 1911-style single-action trigger system with CZ-75 lineage ergonomics for a natural grip and consistent trigger press. It is Series 70-type with no firing pin block and uses CZ P-09/P-10F pattern double-stack magazines for 19+1 on-board capacity.
The 5 inch match-grade barrel is linkless and bushingless, and the slide uses an internal extractor. A flat, serrated top reduces glare, while front and rear cocking serrations aid manipulation. Both slide and frame wear a durable black Duty nitride finish.
Sights are set up with a green fiber-optic front in a dovetail and a black, fully adjustable rear. The single-action, hammer-fired system is complemented by a flat, skeletonized, anodized red trigger for a crisp, consistent break.
The steel frame features aggressive frontstrap and backstrap checkering and a flared magazine well to speed reloads. Controls include an ambidextrous manual thumb safety, a half-cock notch, and a left-side magazine release. A full-length MIL-STD-1913 accessory rail on the dustcover provides space for compatible lights or other rail-mounted accessories.
