This PSA PA-15 stands out as a feature-complete AR-15 in 5.56 NATO with a 16-inch, 1:7-twist threaded barrel and carbine-length gas system. It pairs an A2 front sight base with a polymer flip-up rear sight on a flat-top T-marked Picatinny upper (T6–T12) that includes a forward assist and ejection-port cover. The rifle is finished in matte black, includes an adjustable/collapsible stock, Magpul MOE pistol grip, and an installed polymer angled foregrip. Two Magpul PMAGs (40-round and 30-round) are included, with a maximum capacity as configured of 40+1.

The 16-inch, 1:7-twist barrel is threaded and fitted with an A2-style birdcage flash hider. Its carbine-length gas system delivers the classic AR-15 feel and timing, and the bore presents in excellent condition with sharp rifling for crisp engagement.
The upper is a flat-top T-marked Picatinny receiver (T6–T12) with a forward assist and ejection-port cover. Sighting is handled by an A2 front sight base paired with a polymer flip-up rear sight, giving a robust iron-sight setup out of the box.
Furniture includes an adjustable, collapsible stock and a Magpul MOE pistol grip, complemented by a two-piece polymer carbine-length handguard with M-LOK slots for accessory attachment. An installed polymer angled foregrip enhances front-end control.
This rifle carries a matte black finish throughout, with the lower marked "MULTI." It features a manual safety and a listed length of pull of 10.5 inches. Two Magpul PMAGs (40-round and 30-round) are included; maximum capacity as configured is 40+1. Made in the USA.
