This Scorpion 3+ Micro pairs CZ's compact large-format 9mm pistol layout with the 3+ feature set, including fully ambidextrous controls and a reversible charging handle. It uses a cold hammer-forged, threaded steel barrel and a polymer M-LOK handguard with an M-LOK hand stop installed. A full-length 1913 top rail, adjustable iron sights, and a flared magazine well round out the package. It comes with two 20-round magazines and the original CZ-USA box with a matching 91420 label.

The Micro configuration uses a 4.2 in barrel and measures 14.6 in overall, delivering a compact footprint in a semi-automatic blowback system. Unloaded weight is 4.7 lb, and capacity is 20+1 rounds of 9mm Luger using factory Scorpion 3+ magazines.
The cold hammer-forged steel barrel is threaded 1/2x28 TPI and housed by a polymer M-LOK handguard with slots at the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions. An M-LOK hand stop is installed and provides a positive index point at the front of the guard.
Controls are thoroughly modern: an ambidextrous AR-style magazine release, ambidextrous thumb safety, ambidextrous bolt catch, and a flared magazine well for quick reloads. The charging handle is reversible to suit user preference. The rear endcap includes QD sling sockets.
Sighting equipment consists of a CZ-branded iron front sight and an adjustable 4-aperture rear sight. A full-length 1913 top rail runs the receiver for mounting as needed.
