The CQB Light Rail configuration adds an integral multi-slot accessory rail to the dust cover for mounting a white light or other compatible accessories. The slide features angled front and rear cocking serrations and a lowered and flared ejection port for consistent manipulation and reliable ejection.
The 5-inch Government-length slide runs a match-grade barrel fitted with a stainless barrel bushing for tight lock-up. Up front is a checkered GI-style recoil spring plug marked "WILSON'S," reflecting Wilson Combat’s attention to detail.
Sighting is handled by 3-dot night sights, with a dovetailed front carrying a single luminous dot and a ledge-style rear with two luminous dots. Controls include a manual thumb safety and a beavertail grip safety. The fire control set pairs a skeletonized Commander-style hammer with a long, lightened three-hole trigger.
The steel frame and slide wear a matte black finish and are set off by laminated hardwood grip panels with multi-tone striping. Factory markings include "WILSON COMBAT" on the left side of the slide, "CQB" on the right, "WILSON COMBAT BERRYVILLE, AR U.S.A." on the frame, and "WILSON .45 ACP" on the barrel hood.
