LPA ghost-ring sights, an integrated receiver-top Picatinny rail, and an extended railed metal handguard round out this purpose-built configuration.

The H2O Law Enforcement configuration features a titanium Cerakote finish across the receiver and barrel for a uniform, duty-ready appearance. The gas-operated system uses Benelli's ARGO design with dual short-stroke pistons and a rotating bolt. This setup is engineered for consistent cycling with 12-gauge loads while maintaining the M4's characteristic handling.
Furniture is mission-focused: a fixed pistol-grip stock with rear sling loop provides a non-adjustable length of pull of approximately 14 3/8 inches. Controls include an enlarged charging handle and an enlarged bolt-release button, and the shell lifter has a distinctive gold-toned finish.
