Built on the 2011 platform, the Staccato (STI) C is the original single-stack compact model, distinct from later double-stack C/CS variants. It is chambered in 9mm Luger with an 8+1 capacity and uses single-stack steel magazines, included here in a set of three.
The 3.9-inch bushingless bull barrel and slide assembly feature a bull-nose muzzle profile with front and rear cocking serrations. The slide is configured with factory sights.
Sighting is fast and clear thanks to a fiber-optic front sight with a red rod paired to a black serrated rear in a dovetail. Controls include a textured magazine release, ambidextrous thumb safety, and grip safety.
The trigger and hammer are both skeletonized, with the trigger sporting a lightened shoe for a clean single-action pull. The metal frame is fitted with a polymer 2011 grip module that has coarse texture and star logos for secure handling.
Factory engraving adds distinctive character, including a small U.S. flag on the right side of the frame and a "20★11°" motif on the left side of the dust cover. Markings include GEORGETOWN, TX USA and STACCATO rollmarks, underscoring its U.S. manufacture.
