The PDP Full Size 4.5" pairs a steel slide and barrel with a polymer frame, delivering a striker-fired action with an installed aftermarket metal trigger shoe and short-recoil, locked-breech operation. SuperTerrain slide serrations provide pronounced purchase for press-checks and manipulations, and the frame includes a lanyard hole and molded PDP branding.
Its slide is factory optics-ready with a cover plate installed; no optic is included. Tall, suppressor-height Night Fision tritium sights are installed, with the front blade marked NF H3 for easy identification. The taller sight picture complements the optics cut and is ready for use as-is.
An upgraded captured guide rod is installed. The original factory PDP guide-rod assembly is included, along with a ZR Tactical Solutions recoil spring packaged separately.
Ergonomics are supported by interchangeable backstraps (two extras included) and left-side controls, including a push-button magazine release and slide stop. A 4-slot Picatinny accessory rail on the dust cover accepts compatible lights or accessories. Capacity is 18+1, and two factory steel magazines and a Walther loader are provided. German manufacture and import/proof markings include CARL WALTHER ULM/DO, GERMANY and WALTHER ARMS FORT SMITH AR.
