The front and back straps are checkered for added control, and the trigger guard has a squared, serrated front.
Controls are set up for confident operation, with a double-action/single-action trigger system and an ambidextrous slide-mounted safety/decocker featuring a red "fire" index dot. The magazine release is on the left side, and the pistol uses a spurred hammer. A mild magwell bevel assists magazine insertion.
Sighting is straightforward and adjustable. The front sight is a ramped blade with an orange insert for visibility, paired with a screw-adjustable square-notch rear sight. The slide includes rear cocking serrations and an internal spring-steel extractor for reliable case handling.
