This LMT Defense MARS-LS AR pistol pairs a 12.5-inch short-stroke gas piston system with LMT's MRP-L monolithic upper and fully ambidextrous MARS-LS lower. It features a continuous T-marked 1913 top rail, M-LOK slots in the integral aluminum handguard, and an SB Tactical stabilizing brace in tan. The bore is excellent, and the platform retains hallmark LMT details including a quick-change barrel interface and LMT-marked bolt carrier.

The MRP-L monolithic upper is machined from aluminum and uses LMT's two cross-bolt quick-change barrel interface, providing a rigid, integral handguard with M-LOK slots and a continuous T-marked 1913 top rail. The shovel-nose profile accommodates the piston system while maintaining a streamlined footprint.
The MARS-LS lower delivers fully ambidextrous controls, including the magazine release and safety selector. An ambidextrous charging handle with an extended latch aids manipulation from either side. The action is semi-automatic and driven by a short-stroke gas piston.
Factory details include an LMT-marked bolt carrier, a two-port muzzle brake, and deletion of a forward assist while retaining a shell deflector and dust cover. Patent markings on the upper include US 8,234,808 B2, US 8,561,337 B2, and CA 2485710.
The pistol wears a flat dark earth/tan finish with a matching SB Tactical stabilizing brace. Chambered in 5.56mm NATO with a 30+1 capacity, this USA-made AR-15 platform pistol is configured without sights and is supplied with a Magpul PMAG 30 AR/M4 GEN M2 MOE magazine.
