The PA-15 platform pairs a 16-inch M4/government-profile barrel and carbine-length gas system with direct-impingement operation for familiar AR-15 handling. The 1:8 twist rate supports a broad range of common 5.56/.223 bullet weights.
Key upgrades include an aftermarket multi-port brake/compensator with a crenellated face to help manage muzzle movement, a polymer angled foregrip for added front-end control, and a 6 o'clock accessory rail section on the handguard for mounting options.
The rifle wears Magpul MOE carbine-length handguards and a Magpul polymer beavertail pistol grip. A collapsible, 6-position M4-style polymer stock with PSA markings provides an adjustable length of pull of 13.5 inches.
The flat-top upper features a full-length Picatinny rail, forward assist, and case deflector. A railed gas block adds a top Picatinny section. The rifle accepts STANAG-pattern magazines and comes with a 30-round polymer CAA magazine. The rifle has a two-tone finish: black receivers, buffer tube, and furniture with a matte gray barrel and muzzle brake. The ejection-port cover is laser-engraved with a U.S.
flag and interior "MADE IN U.S.A." text.
