The M&P9 M2.0 full-size pairs a 4.25 inch barrel with a striker-fired action tuned for a tactile, audible reset. Capacity is 17+1, and this configuration deletes the manual thumb safety while retaining an ambidextrous slide stop. The right side of the slide is marked "CAUTION: CAPABLE OF FIRING WITH MAGAZINE REMOVED."
Durability is supported by an extended embedded stainless-steel chassis inside the polymer frame, plus an Armornite-treated slide and barrel in a uniform black finish. Front cocking serrations aid manipulation, and the slide is the standard non-optic-cut configuration. Sights are a 3-dot white system (front white dot, rear 2-dot white) for a clear, familiar sight picture.
Ergonomics are anchored by the aggressive M2.0 grip texture and interchangeable palmswell backstraps (S, M, ML, L) to fine-tune fit. An integral accessory rail is molded into the dust cover for mounting compatible accessories.
This pistol includes three steel double-stack 17-round magazines with witness holes and arrives with a Streamlight TLR-7 weapon light already installed, adding immediate low-light capability to the package. Made in the United States.
