This 1986 SWD Inc. M-11/NINE is a United States–made, open-bolt, select-fire 9mm submachine gun that is fully transferable as an NFA item. It features the Cobray snake logo, factory receiver markings, a top-mounted charging handle, and a 5 in barrel with an externally threaded muzzle. A professionally installed Sten magazine conversion adds a Sten-pattern magazine interface, and the bore condition is excellent.

Selector markings are "SEMI/SMG" with a separate safety marked "SAFE/FIRE." The operating system is open-bolt blowback with a top-mounted charging handle for straightforward manipulation.
The gun is chambered in 9mm Luger and uses a 5 in barrel with an externally threaded muzzle (thread pitch not specified). Sighting is via fixed iron sights, with a front post and a rear sighting plane integral to the top cover, providing a simple, robust sight picture.
