It features the KRISS Super V delayed-blowback system, a full-length MIL-STD-1913 top rail, and a white polymer/metal composite housing. It uses Glock 21-pattern magazines and includes KRISS/Defiance flip-up sights and a ribbed polymer vertical foregrip, all made in the USA.

The Gen II Enhanced configuration pairs the 16-inch barrel with KRISS's rectangular Enhanced barrel shroud and a full-length MIL-STD-1913 top rail for mounting sights and accessories. The white polymer housing carries molded KRISS branding and model/caliber markings.
The KRISS Super V delayed-blowback system, combined with the closed-bolt action, is designed to manage recoil effectively in .45 ACP. The rifle uses Glock 21-pattern magazines and includes one 13-round magazine.
Controls and handling features include an ambidextrous safety, a left-side charging handle, and a right-side ejection port. The telescoping stock provides a 12.0-inch length of pull and is fitted with a rubber buttpad and a QD sling socket.
