The Quantum Mark 2 DTL configuration uses Blackout Defense’s Dual Taper Lock interface between the barrel and the Quantum 5-side M-LOK handguard to create a secure, aligned assembly. A full-length top Picatinny rail bridges the upper and handguard for continuous mounting space.
The 16.2 in 416R stainless steel barrel has a 1:8 twist and a midlength gas system. The muzzle is threaded and currently fitted with a compensator/brake.
Receivers are billet aluminum with a uniform FDE/tan finish. The upper is a slick-side design without a forward assist, and the Q15A lower incorporates the Presslock lower fit system.
Controls and furniture are thoughtfully equipped: ambidextrous safety selector, right-side ambi bolt catch/release, Stryker-marked ambidextrous charging handle, and a flat-faced trigger shoe. The rifle wears a Magpul MOE SL adjustable stock and a Magpul MOE-K2 grip, both in matching FDE/tan.
This AR-15 platform rifle is chambered in .223 Wylde and carries a 30+1 capacity. It ships with three windowed PMAGs to complete the package.
