Built as a youth single-shot, this Cub G has a 1-round capacity and a 12.0 in length of pull, making it compact and straightforward. It uses a steel, polished blued 16 in barrel paired with a blued steel receiver for a cohesive finish. The bolt body is bright in-the-white with a round knob.
The receiver is grooved for rimfire tip-off rings, and this rifle arrives with a Simmons 22 MAG 4x32 scope already installed on tip-off rings. The rear sight has been removed for the scope setup, while the front sight remains a hoodless post on a low ramp.
Controls include an AccuTrigger-style trigger with an inner safety blade and a manual safety lever on the right side behind the bolt. The simple bolt-action, single-shot layout complements the safety-centric trigger design.
The stock is hardwood with a walnut-stained finish and a straight comb. It is fitted with a two-screw black ribbed plastic buttplate, and a front sling swivel stud is present. Two action screws are visible.
