The Micro configuration centers on an 18-inch, cold-hammer-forged, user-interchangeable heavy-profile barrel that is free-floated and factory threaded 5/8x24. A 1:8 twist supports modern 6.5 Creedmoor projectiles, and the threaded muzzle provides compatibility with 5/8x24 devices. Daniel Defense backs this setup with a 0.5-MOA accuracy guarantee.
The stainless steel 3-lug action delivers a 60-degree bolt throw for swift cycling. The receiver/action shows a natural bead-blasted stainless/gray finish and comes with a T-marked 20-MOA Picatinny scope base. A two-position safety complements the Timney Elite Hunter single-stage trigger, which is factory set at approximately 3 lb for a crisp, consistent break.
The aluminum chassis features tool-less adjustability, including length of pull, cheek riser height, buttpad height, and cheekpiece yaw. An AR-pattern pistol grip is installed. The forend integrates a full-length, RRS-compatible ARCA-Lock dovetail with M-LOK slots at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock and an integral barrier stop, offering stable support options.
