The VHE variant of Parker’s VH series adds automatic ejectors to the proven hammerless boxlock, break-action design. This configuration retains the classic double triggers, a tang safety, and a capacity of two.
The 30-inch Vulcan Steel barrels feature a matted game rib with both front and mid beads. The rib is marked "PARKER BROS. MAKERS ... MERIDEN ... VULCAN STEEL," reflecting its Meriden, Connecticut manufacture.
Automatic ejectors are present, indicated by the "PATD. MAY 7, 1901" marking on the ejector forend iron. The gun wears a splinter forend with the Parker latch escutcheon, keeping the lines slim and traditional.
The pistol-grip stock shows fine point checkering and inletted details, including a "PARKER BROS MERIDEN CONN" stock medallion and a small blank shield inlay. A ventilated rubber recoil pad marked "WHITE LINE" is installed, yielding a 14.5-inch length of pull.
Manufactured in 1920 in Meriden, Connecticut, this United States–made VHE brings together Parker’s Vulcan Steel barrels, well-executed metalwork, and hallmark wood accents in a configuration sought by enthusiasts of classic American doubles.
