Built on the GF3 series, this PSAK-47 uses a forged bolt, forged carrier, and forged front trunnion for durability. The stamped, dimpled receiver follows the standard AKM rivet pattern and includes a right-side optics rail for mounting compatible side-rail optics interfaces.
The 16-inch steel barrel is button-broached and nitrided for corrosion resistance and longevity. It is threaded M14x1 LH and fitted with an AKM slant compensator, and features a 1:9.5 twist to stabilize common 7.62x39 loads. A 90° gas block is utilized.
Operation is via a semi-automatic, long-stroke gas piston system with a rotating bolt. Sights are classic AKM: a hooded front sight post and an adjustable tangent rear sight. A black ribbed top cover completes the upper assembly.
Furniture includes a Magpul Zhukov-S stock that side-folds and offers adjustable length of pull, plus an integral QD sling socket. The rifle also features a Magpul polymer pistol grip and a polymer FDE handguard set with longitudinal ribs for a secure grasp.
