The barreled action is Howa-built in Japan, combining a matte stainless steel barrel with a matte black-finished steel receiver for a clean, durable two-tone presentation. The receiver is drilled and tapped from the factory and wears installed 30 mm Talley-style integral ring/base mounts that attach directly to the receiver, making setup with a 30 mm scope straightforward.
The 24 in sporter-taper barrel uses a recessed crown and is non-threaded and non-fluted. There are no iron sights, keeping the profile streamlined and purpose-built for scope use.
The synthetic stock features a Monte Carlo-style comb and a green finish with black spider-web texturing. A rubber recoil pad and front and rear sling swivel studs are fitted, and the length of pull measures 13.5 in.
The bolt-action system includes a manual safety. Feeding is via an internal magazine with a 4+1 capacity.
