This 1948 Colt Government Model Super .38 is a postwar, pre-Series 70 commercial pistol built on the full-size M1911A1 pattern. An INTERARMS import mark on the front strap documents overseas commercial service followed by U.S. re-import, adding clear, verifiable provenance. The bore is excellent, and two period-appropriate 9-round magazines are included.
