The stainless-steel frame and slide wear a uniform matte stainless finish and the pistol retains the classic non-railed dustcover. Ergonomics include a beavertail and wrap-around rubber grips with finger grooves; this example does not have a lanyard loop. Rear-only cocking serrations and top anti-glare serrations support clean handling and sight focus.
Operating on a short-recoil, DA/SA system, this CZ 75 B Stainless incorporates a manual thumb safety and a firing pin block. The design's internal inverted slide rails are present, consistent with the platform's construction.
Factory tritium 3-dot night sights are installed. The rear sight is marked CZ and TG-H3, and both sights are securely mounted.
