A custom angled foregrip is installed, and the shotgun includes one 10-round detachable box magazine for a 10+1 capacity.

The BS-12 Heavy Duty uses a gas-operated semi-automatic system within a compact bullpup format. It pairs an 18.5 in barrel with a 16.5 in length of pull, delivering a short overall package while maintaining a full-length barrel.
The polymer frame and stock incorporate a rubber buttpad and molded cheekpiece for solid shoulder placement. A ventilated handguard with rail sections and a cylindrical barrel shroud complete the front end. A full-length Picatinny top rail is fitted, and there are no iron sights installed.
Controls are straightforward, with a paddle-style magazine release and a manual safety marked F/S. Ejection is through a rear receiver port near the buttstock under the cheek rest.
Feeding is via a detachable box magazine, and capacity is listed at 10+1. One curved steel 10-round magazine with no visible branding is included.
