This Ruger PC Carbine Magpul Backpacker stands out as a 2023-production takedown 9mm with the Magpul Backpacker stock, a fluted and threaded 16-inch steel barrel, and factory iron sights. It includes two 17-round Glock OEM magazines and an installed Glock-pattern magwell, plus receiver and barrel Picatinny rail sections for mounting accessories.
The takedown configuration uses a locking collar and release lever for quick separation of the barrel and for compact storage. A MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rail is machined into the receiver, and an additional Picatinny segment is mounted on the barrel assembly for forward accessories.
The Magpul PC Backpacker stock features a hinged comb with internal storage, additional storage inside the grip, and a dedicated compartment in the buttstock to stow a spare pistol magazine. The gray polymer stock provides a 13.0-inch length of pull and interchangeable cheek-riser capability.
The barrel is steel, fluted to reduce weight, and threaded with a thread protector installed. Sights are mounted to the barrel assembly: an adjustable ghost-ring rear and a protected blade front, keeping the zero with the barrel when the carbine is taken down.
Controls are straightforward and ambidexterity-friendly, with a reversible charging handle, cross-bolt safety, and a reversible magazine release. The aluminum-alloy receiver wears a Type III hard-coat anodized finish and is marked "PC CARBINE" and "RUGER - NEWPORT, NH - USA", while the barrel is marked "9MM LUGER". Chambered in 9mm Luger with a 17+1 capacity, this carbine ships with two 17-round Glock OEM magazines and an installed Glock-pattern magazine well.

Bore Overall Condition: Excellent - Clean, mirror finish, no signs of wear.
Bore Rifling: Excellent Rifling - Sharp lands and grooves.
Specific Condition Notes: There are minor scratches and small blemishes on exterior surfaces. The M-LOK sections show light marring from previously installed attachments.
