The Hellcat OSP features a billet-machined steel slide with an optics cut and cover plate, accepting micro red dots in the Springfield Micro footprint. Front and rear cocking serrations provide positive traction, and the slide wears a black Melonite finish to match the barrel.
The 3" steel barrel is hammer-forged, Melonite treated, and rated for +P ammunition. A dual captive recoil spring with a full-length guide rod manages the micro-compact slide stroke for reliable cycling.
Factory U-Dot iron sights include a tritium/luminescent front dot with a yellow/green ring and a tactical-rack U-notch rear with a white U-outline. This sight picture is fast to acquire and built for durability.
The black polymer frame uses an aggressive stippled texture for control and includes a single-slot accessory rail on the dust cover. Controls are straightforward, with a left-side magazine release, a trigger safety tab, and no external manual safety.
Capacity is up to 13+1 with the included extended magazine, and 11+1 with the flush-fit option. Markings observed include SPRINGFIELD ARMORY, HELLCAT, and 9x19, with import and origin markings reading MADE IN CROATIA and SI GENESEO, IL.
