This custom MK13 Mod 7–style rifle was built by Chris Higgins on a Stiller Precision Firearms MK13 .300 Win. Mag. long action and set into a tan Accuracy International folding chassis. It features a 25-inch free-floated heavy stainless barrel threaded 5/8x24 with a SureFire FH762RC-5/8-24 muzzle device bearing an NSN marking. A 20 MOA receiver-mounted 1913 Picatinny base is paired with a separate handguard top rail (not a continuous bridged rail).

The receiver is roll-marked "MK13 300WM" over "SPF, LLC GARLAND, TX." and includes a government-style data plate (MFR 61JB6 / PN MK1300) with a QR code.
