It features a spiral-fluted two-lug bolt with approximately a 70-degree lift, a steel receiver and barrel in an earth/grey Cerakote finish, and a Veil Camo synthetic stock with practical ergonomics. It is CIP proofed in Finland with FI and 23 year-code markings and includes a 3-round 6.5 PRC-specific polymer magazine and an installed Picatinny scope rail.

The action is a two-lug design with an approximately 70-degree bolt lift, a spiral-fluted bolt body, and a plunger ejector. This setup promotes fast cycling while keeping scope clearance straightforward.
The 24.3-inch cold-hammer-forged steel barrel is fluted and sporter-profiled, with a threaded muzzle and an installed radial-ported brake. A 1:8 twist rate pairs with the 6.5 PRC chambering, and the rifle feeds from a detachable single-stack polymer magazine for a 3+1 capacity.
The Veil Camo synthetic stock includes a textured forend, a black textured pistol-grip insert, interchangeable grip panels, a soft recoil pad, sling studs, and an internal noise-reduction foam insert. Length of pull measures 13.75 inches.
Both barrel and receiver are steel with an earth/grey Cerakote finish. The rifle is CIP proofed in Finland and marked with FI and the 23 year code. An installed Picatinny scope rail provides a straightforward mounting interface.
