The rifle operates via a semi-automatic, direct impingement system and feeds from detachable AR-15 pattern magazines, with a 10+1 capacity.
The upper receiver includes a brass deflector. It is a flat-top Picatinny configuration, and the ejection-port cover is marked ".50" and "BEOWULF" for immediate chamber identification. The alloy receivers wear a matte black finish.
Radical Firearms equips this rifle with a free-float M-LOK aluminum handguard featuring a full-length top Picatinny rail. Furniture includes a Radical Firearms-branded skeletonized polymer stock in black and a rubberized finger-groove pistol grip. The length of pull is 13.5 inches.
