This Smith & Wesson M&P-15 Optics Ready (OR) is a clean, well-kept 5.56 NATO AR-15 platform with a flat-top Picatinny upper receiver and carbine-length gas system. It features a 16-inch barrel with a 1:9 twist, an A2-pattern flash suppressor, and a tan flip-up front sight installed on the railed gas block. It comes with a Magpul two-point sling and one 30-round USGI-style magazine, and its bore condition is excellent.

The Optics Ready (OR) configuration provides a flat-top Picatinny upper receiver with T-markings (T2–T12) for precise accessory placement. The upper includes a forward assist and ejection-port cover, and shows an upper forging mark "A." The aluminum-alloy receivers wear a uniform matte black finish.
The 16-inch barrel is marked "5.56 NATO 1/9" and uses a carbine-length gas system. It is threaded and fitted with an A2-pattern flash suppressor. The action is a semi-automatic, gas-operated, rotating-bolt design, and capacity is 30+1.
Furniture includes a two-piece, carbine-length polymer handguard with an S&W-marked bolt-on rail section. A railed gas block with a fixed sling loop sits forward, and a tan flip-up front sight is installed. The receiver and gas block layout support practical mounting and sling options.
The stock is a 6-position collapsible polymer unit with an S&W medallion, offering an approximate length of pull from 10.5 to 14 inches. Controls include a manual safety with SAFE/FIRE selector markings on both sides. The rifle is finished in matte black and ships with a gray Magpul two-point sling and one 30-round magazine.
