Made in the United States during the Interarms period, this PPK/S carries distinctive rollmarks: WALTHER – MADE IN USA under license of Carl Walther Waffenfabrik Ulm/Do., INTERARMS Alexandria, Virginia, and a dual-caliber designation of 9mm kurz/.380ACP. A "VA" stamp is present on the barrel hood, and the pistol is documented by a factory test target dated 11/23/1993.
The design uses a fixed-barrel blowback system paired with DA/SA operation. Controls include a left-side magazine release behind the trigger guard and a slide-mounted safety/decocker. A ring-style external hammer completes the classic PPK/S profile.
