This TRR8 is built on a scandium-alloy N-frame paired with a fluted stainless-steel cylinder for an 8-round .357 Magnum capacity. The steel construction where it matters and lightweight frame make for a distinctive Performance Center configuration.
The 5 inch two-piece, tensioned barrel uses a visible steel liner beneath a barrel shroud with oval lightening windows. This setup is designed for rigidity and balance while keeping weight down.
Sights include a fully adjustable rear and an interchangeable Patridge-style front with a gold bead for a crisp, bright aiming reference. The exposed hammer supports double-action/single-action operation.
The cylinder is cut for moon clips and can be fired with or without them. Detachable top and bottom Picatinny rail segments are secured by screws, providing factory provision for mounting as configured on the TRR8.
