This P365 FUSE is the long-slide variant of SIG Sauer's micro-compact series, configured with a 4.3 in carbon-steel DLC barrel, a stainless steel slide with Nitron finish and optics cut, and a 10-round compliant package. It adds SIG's LXG laser-engraved grip module with interchangeable backstraps, a removable flared magwell, fiber-optic/black serrated sights, and a full-length 1913 accessory rail. Three 10-round magazines are included, and a SIG Sauer FOXTROT1X weapon light comes installed.

The FUSE treatment extends the P365 slide and barrel to 4.3 in, delivering a longer sight radius on a stainless slide finished in Nitron. The slide is optics-ready with a cover plate and features front and rear serrations plus muzzle relief cuts for a purposeful profile.
The carbon-steel barrel wears a durable DLC finish. Inside, rifling is crisp, and overall bore condition is excellent, matching the pistol's lightly handled exterior.
Ergonomics are enhanced by the LXG laser-engraved texture grip module and interchangeable backstraps, paired with a removable flared magwell to streamline reloads. The striker-fired action uses a flat-faced, nickel-plated trigger and omits a manual safety as specified.
Sight alignment is fast and uncluttered via a green fiber-optic front and a black serrated rear. A full-length 1913 accessory rail with multiple slots provides broad light/laser compatibility, and this pistol arrives with a SIG Sauer Foxtrot1 family light installed — the FOXTROT1X — for immediate illumination capability.
