This Israeli-made Desert Eagle Mark XIX is chambered in .44 Magnum and built on the gas-operated, rotating-bolt system the platform is known for. It features a 6-inch steel barrel with an integral rib and relief cuts, an all-steel construction with a bright brushed metallic finish, and factory IMI rubber grips. Imported and marketed by Magnum Research in Minneapolis, it comes with three 8-round magazines and the original case and manual.
The pistol includes slide-mounted ambidextrous safety levers with a red fire indicator, a left-side magazine release, and an external spurred hammer. Iron sights with a front blade and rear notch are installed. Magazine date codes of 6-95 and 7-95 are present on the included .44 Magnum steel magazines.
Roll marks and import stamps read: DESERT EAGLE .50AE PISTOL /.44 MAG ISRAEL MILITARY INDUSTRIES LTD. (I.M.I.), MAGNUM RESEARCH INC. MINNEAPOLIS MINN. MADE IN ISRAEL, with a caliber stamp ".44" on the barrel/shroud. The Mark XIX platform is caliber-convertible across .357 Magnum, .44 Magnum, and .50 AE; this example is configured for .44 Magnum with an 8+1 capacity using its detachable single-stack magazines.

Factory iron sights consist of a front blade and a rear notch, providing a straightforward sight picture. The slide-mounted ambidextrous safety features a red fire indicator for clear status at a glance. Black textured rubber grips with IMI medallions complete the factory configuration.
