The 24-inch steel barrel is threaded 5/8x24 and fitted with a knurled thread protector, offering flexibility for muzzle devices. A fast 1:8 twist rate complements the 7mm PRC chambering.
The X-Bolt action uses a 60-degree bolt lift for scope clearance and quick cycling. Controls include a tang safety with bolt unlock button and a red fire indicator. Capacity is 3+1 with the included rotary magazine.
The composite Max Long Range stock in OD green is built for stability and fit. It features an adjustable comb, spacer-adjustable length of pull (13.75 inches as set), a vertical/target-style grip, a wide flat forend, a flat toe-line, three sling studs, and an Inflex recoil pad.
The steel receiver has a matte finish and is drilled and tapped for Browning's X-Lock four-screw-per-base mounting system. Additional touches include a gold-colored trigger and an X-Bolt medallion insert on the underside of the stock. Markings note Browning Arms Company, Morgan, Utah, and manufacture by Miroku in Japan.
