The 18 in. carbon steel barrel is marked ".308" near the gas cylinder, and the rifle is chambered for .308 Win with a 10+1 capacity.
Iron sights include a wing-protected front post and an adjustable rear aperture with windage and elevation drums. A forward barrel-mounted Picatinny rail segment provides a mounting surface ahead of the receiver; no receiver-mounted scope base is installed or included.
