The operating system is a semi-automatic, short-stroke gas piston with a rotating bolt. The 16-inch barrel is threaded 5/8-24 and ships with a three-prong flash hider. An adjustable gas regulator is present, with the selector showing a "NORMAL" marking for quick visual reference.
Controls are fully ambidextrous, including the safety selector, bolt catch/release, and magazine release. The rifle uses a dual charging setup with a rear AR-style charging handle plus a right-side charging handle, giving the user multiple manipulation options. QD sling sockets are integrated at the rear of the lower.
The chassis is built on aluminum receivers finished in coyote tan. Up front is an extended, free-float aluminum handguard with M-LOK slots and a continuous 12 o'clock Picatinny rail. No iron sights are installed, allowing a clean, uninterrupted top rail.
The rear features a robust folding hinge with a telescoping receiver extension and a Magpul MOE SL-M stock that provides adjustable length of pull. A SIG polymer pistol grip completes the controls. Capacity is 20+1 with 7.62x51 NATO (7.62mm) ammunition.
