The Desert Warrior (NS) configuration pairs a Government-length 5-inch bushing barrel with an integral MIL-STD-1913 dust-cover rail for mounting lights or accessories. Its desert tan KimPro protective finish and coyote-toned G-10 textured grips deliver a practical, corrosion-resistant setup with secure purchase.
Fixed tritium night sights in the Tactical Wedge pattern (two-lamp rear, single-lamp front) provide a low-profile, snag-resistant sight picture. Control features include an ambidextrous thumb safety, grip safety, a solid trigger, and a skeletonized Commander-style hammer. Front strap checkering (approximately 24 LPI) and a vertically serrated mainspring housing enhance handling.
