Made in Belgium in 1969 with the serial prefix "69T," this SA-22 is a Grade II example with factory engraving. The receiver wears a satin coin-gray finish, contrasting with the blued barrel, and is complemented by a gold-colored trigger.
The engraving presents classic Grade II motifs: two squirrels on a tree limb on the right side, two small varmints in a field on the left, and floral panels with a flying bird motif on the top. The markings read "MADE IN BELGIUM, BROWNING ARMS COMPANY ST LOUIS Mo. & MONTREAL P.Q."
The rifle uses a steel 19.25 in barrel and a takedown system with a fit-adjustment ring. Bottom ejection keeps empties clear of the sight line. Ammunition feeds from a buttstock tubular magazine, loaded through the buttplate port.
Gloss-finished walnut furniture features cut checkering, a straight comb, and a slim forearm. Iron sights include a front blade on a short ramp and a barrel-mounted adjustable rear. Length of pull measures 13.5 in.
